Integrating Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS Methods to Evaluate Operation Efficiency of Daycare Centers

As the population ages and families become less able to offer care, need for long-term care among older people increases. Evaluation of daycare centers, which provide localized services, is essential growth direction these institutions. Nevertheless, present evaluation indexes do not adequately emphasize significance each index item or actual effectiveness an organization’s operations management. To solve this issue, purpose research was develop model operation administration centers. Experts were consulted collect pertinent criteria, further assessed using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) Technique Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) techniques. The results indicated that organizational management top priority, with administrative service quality having largest impact on productivity. Among 10 services tested, Institution 3 judged have highest score. These findings shed light operational centers give a novel methodology gauging efficacy nursing
